12 Lists Before New Years #2

Three Things You're Not Taking into January

Some baggage isn't worth carrying into another year. And gentlemen, I'm not talking about the suitcase in your closet.

Yesterday, we started our series by listing ten things we still want to do before 2026 ends.

Today, we're turning our attention to the things we want to FINISH.

You know the ones. That project you've been promising to complete. The phone call you've been avoiding. The closet that looks like a small department store exploded inside it.

Or maybe it's something more personal.

An apology you need to make. A decision you keep postponing. A relationship that needs an honest conversation. A habit that's no longer doing you any favors.

Here's the thing: Every unfinished task takes up a little space in our heads. And sometimes we don't realize how much energy we're spending on something until we finally get it behind us.

Today's List: Three Things to Finish Before January

Just three. We're not trying to reorganize our entire lives before New Year's Eve.

Choose three things that would make you feel lighter, happier, or more at peace if you could cross them off your list.

And remember, finishing something doesn't always mean completing it. Sometimes it means deciding you're done with it altogether.

Tell us in the comments: What's ONE thing you're determined to finish before 2027?

Wednesday, we're making a list that might just lead to a few wonderful reunions.
