12 Lists Before New Year's — #3:

Five People You Want to See

We all have those friends we keep saying we need to get together with. So why don't we?

You run into someone, exchange hugs, and say, "We really need to have dinner sometime!"

And you mean it.

Then three months go by. Or six. Or three years.

Life gets busy, calendars fill up, and suddenly another year has passed without seeing someone who genuinely makes you happy.

As we get older, I think we become more aware that time with the people we love isn't unlimited. And the holidays give us a wonderful excuse to do something about it.

Today's List: Five People You Want to See Before New Year's

Think about five people whose company you'd really enjoy before 2026 ends.

Maybe it's an old friend, a family member, a former lover who's become a wonderful friend, or someone you've recently met and want to know better.

And here's the important part:

Don't just write down their names. Reach out to at least one of them today.

A lunch, a cocktail, a phone call, a video chat, or an afternoon catching up. It doesn't have to be elaborate.

Sometimes the simplest plans create the best memories.

Who's someone you haven't seen in far too long? Tell us in the comments. And then maybe give him a call.
