If you've been following my travel adventures, you know that GoNaked Travels has been taking men to some wonderful places for years. More recently, I've been developing Dorothy Travels, offering a different kind of travel experience for a different audience.

Well, as we head into the new year (and possibly sooner), I'm planning to bring both brands together under one umbrella travel company.

And there's a perfectly practical reason for it.

You see, I'm expanding the kinds of trips I organize. Yes, we'll still have our wonderful clothing-optional adventures, but I'm also creating opportunities for people who have absolutely no intention of ever taking their pants off in public.

Think about sons taking their mothers on that dream vacation they always talked about when Dad was still alive. Or groups of old classmates getting together for a fabulous reunion somewhere in the world. Or friends who simply want to explore beautiful destinations together.

Different travelers. Different experiences. Same passion for bringing people together.

Here's where things get a little complicated.

Right now, travel payments are processed under the name GoNaked Events. That makes perfect sense when you're booking a clothing-optional getaway. But imagine a mother booking a lovely European river cruise with her son, only to discover a charge from GoNaked Events on her credit card statement!

That could make for an interesting conversation at Thanksgiving dinner.

So, rather than continually explaining why everyone's payments are going through a company called GoNaked, I'm simplifying things.

One parent travel company, with GoNaked Travels and Dorothy Travels operating as separate brands underneath it. Each will maintain its own identity, audience, and style of travel.

This sort of restructuring happens in business all the time. It allows companies to grow, reach new audiences, and keep the administrative side of things running smoothly.

And for my GoNaked guys, nothing changes about the experiences you've come to know and love. We're not putting our clothes back on, gentlemen!

We're simply making room under a bigger umbrella.

I'll share the new company name and other details as everything comes together. In the meantime, expect the same personal attention, fabulous destinations, and wonderful opportunities to make new friends.

Because whether you're traveling naked or fully dressed, the magic has always been about the people you meet and the memories you make along the way.
