Before You Join

• Open Zoom → Profile Picture → Settings
• Test Audio: Settings → Audio → Test Speaker & Microphone
• Test Video: Settings → Video → Check preview
• Use good lighting and position camera at eye level

Look & Sound Your Best

• Settings → Video → Enable “Touch up my appearance”
• Settings → Background & Effects → Choose Blur or background
• Use a headset for clearer audio

During the Meeting

• Mute/Unmute: Click mic icon or use shortcut (Mac: Cmd+Shift+A / PC: Alt+A)
• Hold Spacebar to temporarily unmute
• Use Reactions or Raise Hand for engagement
• Use Chat to ask questions

Sharing Your Screen

• Click “Share Screen” (green button)
• Select screen or application
• Check “Share Sound” if needed

Bonus Tips

• Rename yourself: Participants → Rename
  • Close unused apps to improve performance
  • Keep background clean or blurred
