Are You a Friend of Dorothy?

So starting this Sunday, I’m giving myself one day a week back. That time will be spent resting a bit more and working on some new projects that have been quietly taking shape behind the scenes.

One of those projects is called Dorothy Travel.

Before anyone panics, GoNaked Travels is not going anywhere. I fully expect to continue offering clothing-optional travel in 2028 and beyond. But next year, I need to slow down, spend less time on the road, and focus on building something new while preparing for my eventual move to Mexico.

Dorothy Travel is a different kind of travel and social society built around curiosity, connection, beauty, conversation, and community.

The name comes from three different Dorothys:

• Dorothy Gale, representing curiosity and the courage to step into the unknown.
• Dorothy Parker, representing sophistication, intelligence, and sharp conversation.
• Dorothy Zbornak, representing wit, honesty, and a healthy intolerance for nonsense.

This won’t just be about vacations. It’s about creating community for people who still feel excited about the world and aren't interested in fading quietly into the background because they've reached a certain age. This means you can travel with your best friends - no matter the gender. No matter the age. Cool people are cool people.

Dorothy Travel is:

There will be travel, river cruises, gatherings, cocktail hours, salons, and shared experiences. But the real goal is connection.
