Come Celebrate Barry's 600th Class!
We are about to celebrate our 600th ZOOM Men’s Active Naked Stretching class! I invite you to join us in a FREE MANS CLASS. I especially encourage you to give the class a try if you have never taken the class before or haven’t taken the class recently. EVERYONE is welcome to take ONE or BOTH FREE CLASSES.

Contact me, the instructor, Barry Bailey at barrybailey201@gmail.com to register for the class(es) and get class instructions if you are attending this MANS class for the first time. I will need your email address to send you the unique ZOOM link for each class.
Each class will be presented as a normal class with only the stretching instructions I usually include. If you are attending MANS for the first time I invite you to arrive 30 minutes before the class start time to get last-minute stretching technique instructions and solve any technical difficulties you may encounter.
Two free classes are offered to accommodate all the men who usually attend a class on a specific day. (Some men attend both days)

Please note, registration for each class ends 24 hours before the class start time. Last-minute registrations cannot be honored.
